Ingredients
  • Chicken egg (120 g)
  • Chicken breast/fillet (50 g)
  • Rolled oats (long-cooking, 10+ minutes) (30 g)
  • Tomato (45 g)
  • Light cheese 15% fat (20 g)
  • Iceberg lettuce (15 g)
  • Avocado (30 g)
  • Olive oil (5 g)
Instructions
  • Mix eggs with oats, pour the mixture onto a pan. Fry on both sides.
  • Spread avocado on one half of the pancake, add lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes to the other.
  • Top with cheese. Melt it in a microwave or on the pan.
