For Jam
  • Chia seeds (15 g)
  • Blueberries (100 g)
  • Dates (20 g)
Instructions
  • Making Pancakes
    Grate the pumpkin, add salt, let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid. Mix pumpkin with quail eggs and rice flour. Fry in mustard oil until golden brown on both sides.
  • Making Chia Jam
    Thaw blueberries (if frozen), keeping the liquid. Blend blueberries with dates until smooth. Add chia seeds, mix, and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
  • Serving
    Serve warm pancakes with chia jam.
