Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and spices. Dice potatoes, slice zucchini, and separate broccoli into florets. Grate carrot, finely chop onion and garlic.
Assembling the pot
Place turkey pieces at the bottom of the pot. Layer with carrots, potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, onion, and garlic. Add tomatoes with their juice. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serving
Cover with a lid or foil. Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until turkey is tender.
