Ingredients
  • Turkey fillet (150 g)
  • Carrot (30 g), grated
  • Potato (30 g), diced
  • Zucchini (30 g), sliced
  • Broccoli (30 g), florets
  • Tomatoes in juice (50 g)
  • Onion (30 g), chopped
  • Garlic (5 g), minced
  • Olive oil (10 g)
Instructions
  • Preparing the ingredients
    Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and spices. Dice potatoes, slice zucchini, and separate broccoli into florets. Grate carrot, finely chop onion and garlic.
  • Assembling the pot
    Place turkey pieces at the bottom of the pot. Layer with carrots, potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, onion, and garlic. Add tomatoes with their juice. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Serving
    Cover with a lid or foil. Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until turkey is tender.
